Warehouse Associate II (SGI2) (2545)

SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate II performs a broad range of warehouse functions with limited supervision. This role is considered a fully competent warehouse operator and is responsible for independently executing core warehouse processes including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. This position may provide guidance to entry-level associates and support operational efficiency and compliance objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase order documentation Perform system-based inventory put-away into designated storage locations Pick, count, and package material per sales order requirements with accuracy Prepare domestic shipments, including packing slips and required documentation Generate shipping labels and basic freight documentation Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine cycle counts as assigned Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies Support AOG (Aircraft-on-the-Ground) off-hour shipments as required Assist in training and guiding Level I associates Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
