Nurse Shadow

Nurse Shadow Rate: $20/hour Shift: Per Diem Northgate Health Care Facility is looking to add a Nurse Shadow to its team. This position is designed for nursing students enrolled in the PN2 semester of an LPN program who are interested in gaining hands-on exposure to long-term care nursing. In this role, you'll observe licensed nurses, build clinical knowledge, and gain valuable insight into nursing practice while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.
