Responsibility for inventory management and optimization Driving the PFEP (Plan For Every Part) implementation, including raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished goods (Semi-FG) Management and control of logistics for new projects and ECM (Engineering Change Management), EOP (End of Production) management, and E O (Excess and Obsolete) control Standardization and optimization of planning management to enhance planning capabilities Implementation of SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) runs and support for manual MRP planning Improvement and standardization of customer demand planning and forecasting Optimization and standardization of production planning Execution of the annual logistics management audit
