We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician ready to step into a leadership role. As our HVAC Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team, provide technical expertise, and stay hands-on in the field while helping deliver high-quality maintenance and project work across Christchurch. As our HVAC Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team, provide technical expertise, and remain hands-on in the field while helping deliver high-quality maintenance and project work across Christchurch. As our HVAC Supervisor, you'll spend around 60% of your time onsite supporting field operations and 40% coordinating jobs from the office, mentoring technicians and working with clients.
