Inspectors are always representative of the company, especially when on customer job sites and interacting with vendors. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Assist with limited access inspections of gas and steam turbine generators under the direction and supervision of qualified inspection personnel. Review and follow written procedures, safety requirements, national codes, and customer specifications while developing proficiency with MAGIC robotic inspection systems. Assist with setup, operation, breakdown, cleaning, and proper care of inspection equipment, tools, and related accessories. Support the acquisition, organization, and preliminary processing of inspection data as directed by qualified personnel. Document observations accurately and promptly and assist with inspection report preparation, data entry, timecard submittals, expense reconciliations, and other assigned administrative tasks. Communicate clearly with crew members, supervisors, and customer representatives when directed, including reporting safety concerns, equipment issues, or changes observed during work activities. Participate in on-the-job training to build technical inspection skills, equipment knowledge, safe work practices, and understanding of company policies and customer site requirements. Actively participates in JSA and uses all necessary steps to complete tasks safely and ensures the safety of others working in the area. Communicate with all levels of management and crew to effectively present any needs and changes. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to adhere to a written method or procedure. Confidence to STOP work immediately when a problem is identified. Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, preferred. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products, preferred. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Management Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
