Learn more about us and what we do at aware.com.au Your New Role We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Risk Compliance to support our Member Growth division in delivering initiatives safely, within risk appetite, and in line with regulatory obligations. This is a key role within the Business Risk Compliance team, supporting a broad portfolio across Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Digital, and Retirement. In this role you will: Support a strong culture of incident and breach reporting Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and guide remediation Track remediation actions and ensure timely resolution and compliance Coordinate complex incidents across business units Support the business to manage risk in line with frameworks and risk appetite Assist with control design, risk monitoring, and preparation of risk reporting and insights for governance forums Support risk assessments and regulatory change activities How do you exceed our expectations? You will have 2–4 years’ experience in risk compliance, or project/operational risk coordination Exposure to Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) compliance or regulatory frameworks (highly regarded) Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Be a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and solve problems The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
