About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to a finance professional who thrives on delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into a collaborative team environment and make an immediate impact. Some of the key things you'll do: • Prepare and present detailed financial information, reports and annual financial statements for key stakeholders. • Ensure financial practices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Undertake strategic analysis and help identify financial trends for continuous improvement opportunities. • Provide financial expertise and support to key projects where applicable. • Coach team members on best practice and maintain high standards across the team. • Oversee general ledger accuracy and integrity. • Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes through systems. What we’re looking for: • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar. • CA / CPA qualified or equivalent. • Sound knowledge of accounting standards. • Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Skills. • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate in a clear and concise manner. • Keen interest and experience in process improvement and automation.
