The role

We are looking for a Site Security Manager to lead physical security operations for the Nebius San Francisco office. You will own the day-to-day security posture of the site, protect employees, visitors, assets and infrastructure, and make sure local practices are robust, compliant and aligned with Nebius corporate standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set clear processes, manage vendors and front-desk security personnel, and respond calmly and decisively when incidents occur. You will be the local owner of physical security: the person who turns standards into daily practice, protects people and assets, and keeps the site ready for both routine operations and unexpected events.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations at the Nebius San Francisco office, maintaining a safe, secure and professional environment for employees, visitors and company assets.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve site-specific security policies, procedures and training for the San Francisco office, aligned with Nebius corporate standards and applicable U.S., California and San Francisco requirements.
