Join Job Squad as a Low Impact Monitor and play a key role in supporting the safe movement of oversized loads across the state. What You'll Do Meet oversized load trucks at designated bridge checkpoints. Monitor vehicle speed and bridge crossing procedures. Verify permit documentation and load weights. Complete and submit daily reports and trip documentation. Travel throughout West Virginia and surrounding border areas as needed. Provide professional customer service while representing Job Squad in the field. What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old. Valid West Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle, current insurance, registration, and inspection. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using GPS, maps, email, and basic computer programs. Ability to work independently and manage changing schedules. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications Travel experience and familiarity with West Virginia roadways and regions. Knowledge of roadway safety procedures and navigation. Additional Requirements Pass a background check and drug screening. Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-focused attitude.
