WHAT YOU'LL DO • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery • Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations • Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest • Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule • Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance • Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Audi brand standard • Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards • Represent Audi Oakland with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply • Reynolds & Reynolds experience a significant plus -- familiarity with R&R is a real advantage in this role • Polished, professional communicator -- Audi guests are enthusiastic and informed, and they appreciate an advisor who matches that energy • Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable • Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings • Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Audi service processes -- we'll train you on the brand • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • A hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Audi standard and you take that seriously Our best advisors have come from automotive, hospitality, luxury retail, client services, and beyond.
