About the role

What will you take care of? As BEG Project Manager for mobility components, you will have the chance to work independently on projects in the fields of Vehicle Motion, Automated Driving Assistance, Automotive Electronics or Powertrain in the PEBGIT/EIT group. In this area, you will take care of the whole acquisition process in joint cooperation with Sales Manager and later you industrialize the components in coordination with R&D and manufacturing. You plan your projects according to the business area processes and lead your projects to series production. You ensure that the projects are brought to a profitable conclusion in accordance with the specifications. You have a broad technical knowledge of the automotive products and you are one of the main stakeholders in leading successfully the projects both with customer and internally with project teams. What distinguishes you? Education: A master’s degree in mechanical, electronic, informatics engineering, or a related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Italian; German is a strong plus. Experience: Proven experience within automotive in project acquisition, and management (ideally PMP certified), with an interest in innovative technologies. Experience in application is a plus Working Method: Emphasizes continuous learning, autonomy, flexibility, analytical thinking, proactivity, teamwork, transparency, engagement, and target orientation. Personality Traits: Positive, dynamic, self-confident, customer-oriented, open to feedback.
