ProSidian Seeks a Analytical Support Specialist - GSSC (Full-Time [W-2]) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford. Preferred candidates present with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal) This service supports with relevant Government, Public Sector and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) Sector experience (functional area experience also ideal) Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category ) to fulfill FFP - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order (TO) requirements for a provide Analytical support services on behalf of The Department of Energy (DOE), Hanford Office of Communications (HOC) as part of The General Support Services Contract (GSSC). The HOC Director will provide direction for this work. Analytical Support Specialist - GSSC Candidates shall work to support requirements for FY23-02 - Hanford Chief of Staff Analytical Support Services Swim Lanes and: Utilize specialized business operations experience to conduct tasks with minimal supervision. Analyze current processes and make recommendations for process improvements to gain efficiencies and provide consistency between organizations. Support time-sensitive requests for information from Headquarters (HQ), Government Accountability Office (GAO), Inspector General (IG), as well as other key agencies. Support the development of metrics and reports for senior management analysis and decision-making. Provide system support and quality checks as needed to ensure data integrity across RL/ORP tracking systems. Communicate effectively with all levels of contractor and federal personnel, locally and at the HQ level. Advise the HCS management team of work progress, new issues, concerns, and other areas of significance. Provide recommendations to resolve challenges and issues. Support the coordination of HCS’s objectives with senior management, as well as multiple organizations and disciplines at both ORP and RL to ensure necessary interfaces are in place for safe and compliant Hanford operations. Provide assessments and/or reports on a weekly or as-needed basis. Follow-up on issues, findings, and other areas of concern. Maintain action tracking systems or provide improvements as required. Participate in meetings as determined by the HCOS office. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The Analytical Support Specialist shall ensure that personnel supporting this task possess the following qualifications: Working level knowledge of Hanford Site mission, activities and priorities. Expert knowledge of DOE’s program management practices, policies, and procedures. Expert knowledge of Hanford Site’s Contractor Assurance System (iCAS). Demonstrated expertise utilizing DOE’s integrated systems to assist in the development of adhoc reports for analysis and decision making. Broad business experience in applying analysis techniques, performing various types of reviews, and developing process improvements. Broad experience in supporting organizations with, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review and coordination efforts. Proven ability to interface successfully with senior level management. Ability to work with government and contractor personnel to problem solve and formulate strategies for success. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Expert knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and/or other MS Office tools. Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors. DELIVERABLES Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The Analytical Support Specialist shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined below: Weekly Report. This report will address work accomplished, and deliverable progress to be provided to the technical monitor. Monthly Report. This report will be a combination of the weekly status reports and shall be submitted with the monthly invoice. The report shall also include: Deliverable progress, and date(s) submitted if applicable, submitted within this invoice period. Work schedule for Contractor employees, to include any leave taken. TRAVEL Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
