Senior Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Coordination with Sourcing Managers: Work closely with sourcing managers to schedule appointments with potential new clients. Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct appointments with new clients, effectively explaining the company, brand, and product offerings. Requirements Gathering: Accurately gather design requirements and understand the client's vision for their space. Design Concept Presentation: Present new and innovative design ideas and concepts, including space planning and selection of finishes, to clients. Deal Closing: Successfully close deals with clients by addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. BOQ Submission: Compile and submit the final client requirements and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to the internal design team for execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D and 2D design. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Vray, Lumion, Enscape). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
