This includes oil changes, inspections, fluid checks, and basic filter replacements. The role helps ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and compliant with operational standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment Inspect equipment for signs of wear, damage, leaks, worn belts, and tire conditions Check and top off all fluid levels including coolant, transmission, power steering, and windshield washer fluid Replace air, fuel, and cabin filters as needed Conduct basic visual inspections to identify safety or maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including proper disposal of used oil, filters, and parts Adhere to all company and industry safety protocols and procedures Communicate clearly with supervisors and technicians regarding additional service needs or potential repairs Assist mechanics and technicians with maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned Stay informed about basic heavy equipment trends and service practices Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational goals
