Snowmaking Manager

Position Summary (FTYR, Benefitted Position) The Snowmaking Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational execution of Arizona Snowbowl’s snowmaking program. This position oversees all snowmaking personnel, infrastructure, automation systems, and capital improvements to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective snow production aligned with resort goals. The snowmaking manager collaborates closely with grooming, lift operations, ski patrol, mountain operations, and resort leadership to meet terrain opening targets and operational priorities.
