Curators at AC Hotel Bentonville enjoy working in a refined, culture-driven environment, where thoughtful service and attention to detail create a seamless guest experience. We are HIRING for a Director of Sales, Reservations and Strategic Accounts You should join our team if you believe... • That long-term client relationships are built through trust, responsiveness, consistency, and follow-through. • That strategic account management is less about chasing every lead and more about deeply understanding existing partners and helping them succeed. • That reservations, sales, revenue strategy, and guest experience should work together as one connected engine. • That corporate travelers, vendors, meeting planners, and business guests deserve a seamless experience from first inquiry to final stay. • That strong partnerships with corporate leaders, travel managers, procurement teams, supplier partners, and key decision-makers can drive lasting hotel performance. • That the best sales leaders are relationship stewards, problem-solvers, business thinkers, and service champions all in one. You’re a great fit for this role if you love... • Managing and growing existing strategic account relationships through thoughtful communication, service, and partnership. • Serving as the primary point of contact for key account lodging, meetings, special events, extended-stay needs, and high-profile business travel. • Partnering with account stakeholders to identify lodging solutions that support their business objectives. • Coordinating hotel accommodations for executives, associates, vendors, recruiting events, corporate initiatives, and important business travel needs. • Maintaining strong relationships with corporate leadership, travel managers, procurement teams, supplier partners, and key decision-makers. • Looking for opportunities to expand production from existing accounts before focusing on new business development. • Resolving complex reservation, account, and guest service issues in a timely, professional, and service-focused way. • Monitoring reservation trends, booking pace, room blocks, account production, and performance data to identify opportunities. • Collaborating with Revenue Management and the General Manager on pricing, inventory, forecasting, and account strategies. • Leading Sales and Reservations teams with clear expectations, measurable goals, coaching, accountability, and support. We’re excited to have you join us because... • You understand that this role is centered on managing strategic relationships and maximizing account production, not simply active prospecting. • You know how to build confidence with existing clients by being responsive, prepared, solutions-oriented, and easy to work with. • You bring hotel sales leadership experience and understand the connection between account management, reservations strategy, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction. • You can analyze occupancy, market trends, competitive data, account performance, and booking patterns to support smart business decisions. • You are comfortable preparing weekly and monthly sales, reservations, and revenue reports with clear action steps. • You can represent the hotel professionally in account communications, site visits, presentations, and community or business development opportunities. • You know how to lead, train, mentor, and develop Sales and Reservations teams while keeping service standards strong. • You can balance strategic thinking with daily operational follow-through, especially when the reservation puzzle box starts rattling. • You communicate clearly and can build alignment across clients, property leadership, Revenue Management, Sales, Reservations, and operations. • You bring a calm, polished, service-first approach to high-profile business travel needs and complex account requests. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of two or more years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience. • Experience managing corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, group business, and transient account production. • Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, reservations operations, forecasting, and property management systems. • Experience supporting key corporate accounts, preferred lodging relationships, business travel, meetings, events, and extended-stay needs. • Proficiency with CRM systems, hotel property management systems, Microsoft Office, reservation systems, and sales reporting tools. • Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, analyze business performance, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced hotel environment. • Strong service orientation with the ability to resolve complex account, reservation, and guest concerns with professionalism and care. Work Environment and Physical Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. • Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds. • Ability to use a computer, phone, property management system, reservation system, CRM, and sales tools for extended periods. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when business needs require. • Ability to represent the hotel professionally during account meetings, site visits, presentations, and business or community events. Here’s the Core of Coury Hospitality: • We have a place for you on our team if your passion is to curate UNMATCHED MOMENTS. What else do YOU need to know...
