RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract and ensuring the successful execution of the project. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities related to technical support of design engineering inspections. They will be in charge of budget management, risk assessment, schedule adherence, and coordinating with the NRC. The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in this project, responsible for orchestrating the entire endeavor. This includes crafting a comprehensive strategic plan that covers budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordination is a key element of the role, as the Program Manager collaborates with multiple teams and individuals to ensure the project's seamless execution. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the NRC and other stakeholders is essential to provide regular updates on the project's progress. Additionally, this role encompasses the management of risk assessment and mitigation plans to guarantee that project goals align with safety and regulatory standards, ultimately safeguarding the integrity of the nuclear industry.
