Assembler - Vial Wash

Job Summary This role will support the consumables Vial Wash Line machine operation and packaging assembly. Perform a variety of production tasks including preparation of materials to assembling of final product with the use of semi-automatic filling machines and manual assembly tasks. Some equipment troubleshooting, and repair will be required. Key Characteristics This candidate would have a strong attention to detail, reliable, and will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork. This candidate will have the ability to be flexible and respond appropriately to workload changes. They should be self-motivated and a good problem solver Duties & Responsibilities Load machines with vials to be processed and unload them after cleaning, placing them on conveyors or racks Assist with pre and post line clearance i.e. equipment set-up and take down Performing procedural adjustments of manufacturing equipment Follow and adhere to all standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and quality regulatory requirements Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build sub-assemblies from a bill of material Assist in Consumables Lab Assembly as needed and requested Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Manual dexterity Strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Problem solving skills Experience with ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 Reliable and self-motivated Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft program Qualifications Education & Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: 1 year or more complex manufacturing assembly work experience 1 year or more manufacturing machine operations work experience At Veolia, we realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger communities. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
