About the role
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join the team at our Crisis/IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) program, Diane Ahrens . This community-based residential treatment program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in an inpatient, 24-hour, voluntary, supervised setting for up to 90 days. A step below hospitalization in our community-based system of care, these services help adults who need a high level of treatment and assistance. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Location: Diane Ahrens Crisis/IRTS Program (1784 Lacrosse Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55119) Hiring Range: Salary variable on licensure and qualifications. Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee): $62,000-68,000 annually, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional) : $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. Main Job Duties: Provide leadership and clinical expertise within the mental health services team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting the high standards and reputation of the services offered. Offer one-on-one supportive counseling to clients, closely observing their behavior and emotional/physical symptoms while implementing behavioral management strategies as appropriate. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to ensure that treatment interventions are aligned with the client’s current needs and overall functioning. Engage in team meetings and communication regarding client progress and care, and actively participate in clinical supervision to provide accurate, thorough, and timely updates to the team.
