Perma-Pipe in Lebanon, TN is looking for a Level II Maintenance Technician The Level II Maintenance Technician performs intermediate-level maintenance tasks and equipment repairs with limited supervision. This role expands technical capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. This is an on-site, U.S.-based position and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Essential Job Functions Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery. Assist with electrical troubleshooting and basic controls maintenance under supervision. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and basic electrical schematics. Support installation, relocation, and modification of production equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Ensure compliance with company safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
