Project Manager - Construction (RE&F)

As a Project Manager for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will lead the successful delivery of projects within Oracle’s Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) organization, with an exclusive focus on the Nashville campus development and related initiatives. This role will serve as a dedicated leader for one of Oracle’s most strategic real estate investments, overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, governance, and delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, schedules, and long-term campus objectives. The Senior Project Manager will establish and enforce project management standards, drive cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement to ensure excellence in project execution across the Nashville campus portfolio.
