Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst for our health insurance client, an organization focused on technology and digital transformation. This role will be responsible for leading CRM initiatives, business process improvements, system integrations, and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, experience gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and extensive knowledge of CRM platforms and digital technologies. Job Responsibilities: Lead software development and CRM projects from design through implementation. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Coordinate development teams and ensure project delivery. Oversee system integrations, testing, deployment, and support. Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements. Promote agile methodologies and development best practices. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM systems, software development, or programming. Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), COBOL, or DB2. Knowledge of SharePoint, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, and UI/UX. Intermediate English and Spanish communication skills. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Required Availability: Full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 100% on-site during the probationary period. Hybrid work schedule available after successfully completing 6 months of employment.
