Field Demand & Supply Planner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Demand & Supply Planner based in India. This role is responsible for translating market demand into accurate, actionable supply plans across a complex distribution network. You will manage rolling three-month forecasts across 150+ SKUs at SKU-depot level, combining statistical models with commercial inputs. The position sits at the intersection of demand planning, supply planning, sales, and operations, requiring strong stakeholder management and analytical judgment. You will play a key role in S&OE and integrated business planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities and driving timely actions. Your work will directly influence product availability, inventory health, forecast accuracy, and customer service levels. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with significant exposure to cross-functional decision-making.
