Operations Manager - Process Manpower

The purpose of the job is to manage, deliver and develop our Process Manpower business activities in the Netherlands. The principal accountabilities of the position are: Represent Expro Continental Europe as Department Manager for existing and new clients. To deliver the area budget profit contribution within the budget expectations. To identify and deliver business growth opportunities. To manage the day to day activities such as deliver all activities consistent with the Group’s HSE expectations. Organise meetings/presentations with client representatives to discuss business opportunities and specific requirements. Set up and maintain an area sales activity overview/plan To develop the personnel resource within the area consistent with the budget activity levels and the Group’s HR Policies.
