About the role

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

Super Technologies is looking for an experienced, passionate and determined Responsible Gaming Analyst . Responsible Gaming is central to how we operate, ensuring every player has a secure and safe online experience, and in this role you will play a key part in supporting clients by safeguarding the business — checking for problem gambling, multiple registrations, underage players, and criminal activity related to banking and payments.

What the role involves

  • Review customer accounts to identify Responsible Gambling risks and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for questions and issues relating to Responsible Gambling
  • Deliver training to staff on Responsible Gaming policies and processes, in line with best practice and industry requirements
  • Utilise specialist tooling to identify players displaying addictive behaviour and prevent underage gambling, contacting affected players by email or phone to offer guidance and support in line with internal policies
  • Monitor player behaviour to identify and assess indicators of gambling-related harm, ensuring proactive interventions and producing monthly risk reports for management
  • Collaborate effectively across a multinational, culturally diverse team, demonstrating cultural awareness and flexibility
  • Support a positive, cooperative working environment by helping colleagues and adapting to changing priorities
