We’re Hiring: Clinical Lead
Permanent, Full Time + on call telephone support on a rota system
Field based with frequent travel across Yorkshire
£49,000-£53,000 + £3,000 car allowance
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the community? We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to join our team and manage a caseload of adult and paediatric packages across Yorkshire.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.
• Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.
• Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
• Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.

Experience and Qualifications We’re Looking For
• A Paediatric nursing degree with an active NMC pin
• Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
• Experience managing clinical teams
• Experience in a community setting
