Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. O rganizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc Manages all equipment. Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents. Ensures all children are picked up by a parent. Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
