The Courtesy Officer plays an essential role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment within a commercial office or mixed use property. Serving as a front line presence, this position supports daily operations through security monitoring, customer service, and emergency response while helping protect people, property, and the overall tenant experience. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the property Monitor security cameras and access points Greet visitors and assist tenants with access or inquiries Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies Escort vendors and unlock authorized areas as needed Document incidents, patrols, and observations Coordinate with property management and emergency responders
