Requirements What You’ll Do Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, friendly service experience Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders Explain recommended services in a simple, customer-friendly way Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the process Recommend maintenance, repairs, and value-added services Build strong, long-term customer relationships Provide post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction What We’re Looking For 2+ years' Service Advisor experience preferred Strong automotive and repair process knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills Organized; manages multiple repair orders efficiently Confident, ethical service recommendations Comfortable discussing repairs, timelines, and pricing Basic computer and dealership system skills Valid driver’s license Benefits 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance.
