Strategy Consulting Associate Partner (AP)

Roles & Responsibilities: The Strategy Consulting Associate Partner (AP) proactively drives business growth and management of the strategic consulting practice, provides leadership, and project team management, and manage client relationships during IT Strategy consulting engagements The Associate Partner has responsibility to contribute to practice signings and revenue targets, develop and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with clients, and contribute to organizational targets for chargeability The AP will deliver value with every client experience by sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction through all phases of the engagement, develop high quality solutions that differentiate the company and demonstrate innovation to the client while mitigating risk They will evaluate client needs and communicate with executives, and as such are expected to have demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision, confidence in addressing complex issues, readiness to employ critical thinking, and exhibit professional business conduct at all time. The AP will support a team of 6-10 people to ensure career growth, provides regular feedback and drives high performance engagement The AP will lead engagement teams of 3-15 people who delight our clients, deliver innovative client solutions and demonstrate company’s commitment to client value on a consistent basisEssential Skills: Bachelor’s Degree At least 5 years experience in performing engagement management on complex IT projects At least 5 years experience in formal project management methods At least 5 years experience in client communications; written/oral/presentations At least 5 years experience in the context of IT Strategy or at least 5 years experience in the context of IT Service Management The candidate should have experience organizing and extracting insights through the use of multiple market insights functional disciplines, including database analytics, market trends analysis, competitive analysis, and client research The candidate must establish and maintain relationships both within the company and with external clients Readiness to travel 75% travel annually Desired Skills: Master’s Degree in Information Technology At least 10 years experience in management consulting At least 5 years experience in Data Center context At least 3 years experience in Enterprise Architecture methods At least 2 years experience in Mobility computing
