Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for managing invoicing corrections, processing payments, providing customer support to ensure accurate accounts receivables and timely resolution of account issues Job Goal: Support the company’s financial health by accurately processing invoice adjustments, correcting billing discrepancies, and delivering responsive customer service to ensure timely payment and a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities: Review, research, and correct invoices that may have been incorrectly billed Process price adjustments and other invoice corrections Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account activity Support month-end close activities Monitor shared inbox and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Process and post credit card payments accurately and timely
