As a Functional Analyst, you will… Assist in troubleshooting issues on internal and customer environments Own unit and regression testing to ensure that the partner solution functions properly with our core product Support partner software in alignment with the product team and customer requirements Lead and organize meetings and workshops with the partner Closely work together with the project and support delivery teams Translate business and functional requirements into application solutions Follow up on testing and guarantee quality of the solution Take ownership of the assigned modules and interact with other team members Identify best practices, standards, and regulations Contributes to the further evolution of the Itineris standard solutions Participate in the progress meetings within internal and external teams and proactively identify risk areas Apply your expertise to deliver high quality consulting services to new and existing customer Continuously develop and extend your knowledge within the utility market What you bring You are a dynamic team player looking to grow in an evolving, international environment, who: Has a Master or bachelor’s degree Is interested in the implementation of large and complex IT projects (ERP implementations) Is client oriented Has an excellent hands-on mentality Has a strong interest for IT Has an investigative mindset Has a team mentality What we offer A fast-growing and international environment with offices in Hyderabad (India), Ghent (Belgium), Atlanta (USA), London (UK).
