In this rewarding role, you’ll provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), helping them accomplish their goals and reach their fullest potential. Assist individuals in developing new skills and achieving their goals as outlined in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP). Provide and maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients at home and in the community. Use positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to encourage growth. Help clients with home maintenance and daily living activities as prescribed in their plan. Complete accurate documentation of services provided. Collaborate with a Team Leader and IDD Program Director for guidance and support. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This position is a fixed rate, with compensation aligned to role responsibilities, experience, and contract parameters.
