Position Highlights ✔ Full-Time, Regular Position 💲 Starting Pay: $23.68–$26.43/hour DOE 📈 Full Pay Range: $23.68–$36.95/hour 🎯 Excellent Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Life Insurance • Long-Term Disability • Paid Time Off • 403(b) Retirement Plan In this role, you'll: 🔹 Lead and support weatherization crews in the field. 🔹 Meet with homeowners and explain project expectations. 🔹 Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to program standards. 🔹 Provide technical guidance, oversee quality control, and support complex field projects. 🔹 Promote safe work practices, including lead-safe procedures and health and safety compliance. 📍 Location: Primarily field-based throughout Spokane County.
