TGS-E- Commerce Operations Executive

Hiring E- Commerce Operations Executive for a Reputed/MNC company located at Ludhiana Requirements We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our clothing brand's online sales operations across Myntra and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily marketplace activities, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage product listings on Myntra and Flipkart ✅ Monitor inventory levels and update stock regularly ✅ Process and track customer orders daily ✅ Coordinate with warehouse staff for packing and dispatching orders ✅ Handle returns, exchanges, and RTO (Return to Origin) orders ✅ Monitor product performance and sales reports ✅ Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns on marketplaces ✅ Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are updated ✅ Resolve marketplace-related issues and coordinate with support teams ✅ Maintain records of orders, inventory, and shipments ✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Required Skills ✔️ Experience with Myntra Seller Panel and Flipkart Seller Hub ✔️ Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management ✔️ Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets ✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently ✔️ Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce is preferred
