SageSure offers 24 products in 11 states, managing nearly all operations for over 100,000 policyholders. Position Description: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with the drive and desire to make significant contributions to the success of SageSure Insurance Managers, LLC. Policy Service Representative will primarily be responsible for answering policy and billing inquiries. The Representative will also assist producers and underwriters on all policies transactions. Principle Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from policyholders, agents and/or producers Complete outbound calls to policyholders, agents and/or producers for needed follow-up Process policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name changes and mailing address changes Accept payments from policyholders over the phone Perform manual address validations Requirements: Minimum of 2 years personal lines experience in an office or call center environment• Able to handle high call volume Have professional telephone and people skills Computer skills in various applications Knowledge of the insurance industry terminology and procedures Resident 4-40 Customer Representative License within 45 days of start date Other Desired Experience / Skills: Seeking self-starter with strong initiative and close attention to detail Must be punctual and have excellent attendance Work well in a team environment Able to speak Spanish is a plus Licensing: Resident 4-40 Customer Representative License, a plus Positions available for Full-Time and Part-Time 12 PM - 9 PM M-F, rotating Saturday hours All candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Required experience: Property and Casualty Insurance: 1 year
