Responsibilities: Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude Assist in the membership registration process, including providing information on available membership options and fees Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about facility programs, services, and policies Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately Maintain accurate records and databases of member information Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner Assist with facility tours, ensuring that visitors are informed about the center's amenities and features Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the membership services area
