Be able to gain trust & respect of an engineering and dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results. · Ability to manage and influence team members without authority and work with people within local and remote locations spread across time zones. · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate across all levels of management. · Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles. · Be passionate, customer obsessed, highly metrics/data driven and demonstrated success with engineering and launching large and complex programs with high customer value, impact and tight timelines. · Developer Certifications, CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSPO certification preferred · Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
