About the role
The GM/VP, Customer Success & Market Engagement will support our Customer Success organization and report directly to the Chief Customer Success Officer. The Customer Success team manages our key relationships across our properties, including Boards of Directors, management companies, and other critical community stakeholders. This role will have responsibility for a designated geographic market segment, serving as the primary leader for customer success and engagement within that region.
