Steward - FT

- Preparing tableware for washing- Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves - Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse - Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors- Washing walls and ceiling tiles- Cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment - Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets - Setting up dishwashing machine- Stacking and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas- Recognizing and using appropriate chemicals- Cleaning all floors- Other duties as necessary
