Security Executive - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

What you’ll do… Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets. Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas, conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security-related situations in a professional manner. Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities immediately. Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities. Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities whenever required. Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimise operational risks. Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional, courteous and discreet security services at all times. What we’re looking for… Individuals. Previous experience as a Security Executive, Security Supervisor or Security Officer in a hotel, hospitality or commercial environment. Knowledge of fire and life safety systems, emergency response procedures and security operations. Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems and incident reporting. Strong communication, observation and conflict resolution skills.
