Vehicle Technician – Buckinghamshire Land Rover
Full‑Time, Permanent OTE up to £44,320 (Uncapped) £37,000 basic (depending on qualifications) + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Choose your working pattern: 40 hours Mon–Fri OR a fixed 4‑day working week (Mon–Thu / Tue–Fri)

What you’ll be doing
• Vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology
• Servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
• Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
• Fitting accessories and completing minor repairs
• Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are fully resolved
• Completing all documentation to a high standard
• Supporting the team and delivering first‑class customer service
What we’re looking for
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Experience in a dealer or independent workshop
• Full UK driving licence
• Ambition, attention to detail, and pride in your work
