Manager of Financial Reporting

Responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external financial reporting. Internal Reporting Responsibilities Bi-annual preparation of consolidated budgets and related schedules Monthly preparation of consolidated forecasts and related schedules Monthly reporting and analysis to senior management and Board of Directors Preparation of ad hoc requests for senior management External Reporting Responsibilities Preparation of quarterly press releases and 10-Qs, including XBRL Preparation of annual financial statements and 10-K report, including XBRL Assist in the preparation of various other SEC reports (ie. 8-K, S-3, S-4) Interact with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits Interact with internal and external auditors regarding Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance Monitor new SEC and FASB proposals and develop implementation processes Perform accounting research and recommended appropriate application as needed Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred Skills: - Previous exposure to GAAP financial statement preparation and SEC filings - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Must be well organized - Hyperion knowledge a strong plus $120K to $130K Plus bonus Email Resume to: [email removed]
