New project launch & Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities Improve manufacturing KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Cycle Time, and Internal Defect Cost (IDC). Provide technical support for production processes, machines, and equipment through analysis and problem solving. Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities with local and international teams. Participate in machine upgrades, automation improvements, and jig/fixture development projects. Support capacity expansion and new model introduction activities for assembly lines. Review and improve PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of machine design, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills.
