Site HSE Officer

We are seeking for a Site HSE Officer who will be responsible in monitoring site HSE activities, PTW, JSA, risk assessments, inspections, and safety compliance for construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor site HSE activities. Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety reviews. Monitor PTW and JSA compliance for site activities. Provide safety guidance for heavy lifting, confined space, deep excavation, and critical activities. Review HSE procedures, deviation requests, and contractor safety performance. Coordinate with end-user HSE team, EPC contractors, and subcontractors. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technical discipline or equivalent HSE qualification. Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical industry. Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, PTW, JSA, risk assessment, lifting, confined space, and excavation safety. Fluent in written and spoken English.
