ACQUISTION MANAGER (ACQUISTION AND COMMERCIAL CARD MANAGER) - FIRSTBANK PR

The Acquisition Commercial Credit Card Manager (AM) is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies for consumer lending products through traditional channels, including credit cards and personal loans, as well as for commercial credit cards through an omnichannel approach. This role leads customer acquisition and commercial portfolio growth, including lifecycle optimization, while ensuring alignment with profitability, risk, and customer experience objectives. The position also oversees the commercial credit card portfolio, driving usage, retention, and profitability through targeted initiatives while maintaining the competitive positioning of retail credit cards and personal loans.
