Roles and Responsibilities Building long term strategic roadmaps and key goals to be achieved by Venwiz in the long term Building views on key strategic initiatives like pricing, setting GTM, planning new market entries, etc Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance Solving high importance org level and cross functional challenges - liasoning, identifying and bridging the gaps in the approach towards the building business. Developing and managing OKRs for the firm Take up projects from scratch till conceptualization , buliding process An Ideal candidate Education & Experience: 3 to 5 years experience post BTech from premier institutes Professional Experience: Management consulting, General management, Operations management in FMCG, EPC companies or Stratup companies Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on You think bold and big, you think of the long term answer, no short term hacks Strong network of people across startups and in the manufacturing industry to have quick conversations on key org challenges Ability to manage complex projects, work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong experience in handling excel models Strong verbal and written communication skills What can you expect at Venwiz?
