Building Maintenance Tech - Part Time

- Assist with the preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical).- Assists in building new projects and replacing existing structures.- Assists with troubleshooting all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).- Must be able to paint, clean, move material, and assist or complete assigned projects that cover all aspects of the Facilities department.- Informs supervisor of any trends or recurring problems with equipment or construction.- Must be able to assist to the following laminate (carpentry), electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, flooring and all other projects associated with the maintenance and construction performed by the Facilities department.- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in...
