Fashion Business Lecturer

La Salle College Jakarta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fashion Business practitioner to join our academic team as a Part-Time Lecturer. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, inspire students, and contribute to a dynamic and creative learning environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in Fashion Business subject areas • Prepare course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assignments • Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and performance • Apply innovative teaching methods including digital tools and active learning techniques • Provide academic advising, mentoring, and out-of-class support to students • Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations • Contribute to curriculum development, review, and quality assurance • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development activities • Assist with course administration including grading, record-keeping, and scheduling • Stay current with developments in Fashion Business and higher education trends REQUIREMENTS • Master's Degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, Business or a related field • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fashion Business • Minimum 2 years of teaching or lecturing experience at tertiary level • Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills • Commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence WORK ARRANGEMENT This is a part-time position with an assigned weekly teaching schedule. Lecturers may occasionally be required to attend meetings, workshops, or institutional events on other days, as directed by the Program Director.
