Registered Nurse

Comprehensive Mental Health Systems, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will contribute to CMHS’s people strategies, organizational development, building culture, and other site specific or business initiatives. The schedule is 30 - 40 hours per week working a Monday through Friday schedule and hours are flexible during administrative business hours between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The posted salary is based on a 40 hour work week and will be prorated based on scheduled hours if less than 40. Must be able to work effectively across teams and support staff in a confidential and professional manner. Duties: • On-site evaluation of acute medical concerns and coordination of necessary treatment and follow up • Oversight of individuals' specific clinical/medical protocols including staff training in protocols • Communicate with members of the Clinical/Medical Team regarding concerns and general health/medical status of individuals in Residential Programming • Provide medical and health related in-service trainings to staff • Act as liaison to community health professionals
